Pre-Covid, everyone was busy running around "doing things" that didn't necessarily make them happy. In fact, people were so busy "doing" that they never had the opportunity to take care of themselves. Life consisted of running from task to task in an emotionally void fashion There was no time to think or feel which made us irritable, angry, stressed and ultimately, unhappy.
My goal is to make people feel happy and healthy again. Whether it be by giving them nutritional advice, parenting tips, fitness facts, teaching them mindfulness techniques... whatever makes them feel good about themselves. I hope you stick around and enjoy the ride with me! Be Well xo
